Bárbara Ramos, born in 2000, is an artist from São Paulo, Brazil, whose production focuses on the symbolism of her own subconscious narratives, and those she observes in her daily life. Her works seek the contrasts between the real and the imaginary, bringing the dreamlike, the non-place and the espiritual, as recurring themes. Using materiality as a fundamental element of both the creative process and the final aesthetic result, her works can take on different supports: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, embroidery, engraving and animation.
